The three mining centers at the Gudong Plant of Shengli Oilfield have recently successfully developed balanced low shear cut-off regulating valves, making it possible to inject polycondensation pumps at the same time to multiple wells.
Due to the large shear loss of polymer due to mechanical shearing, it is required that the ball valve must be fully opened or fully closed when the polymer medium is conveyed. Otherwise, a large amount of polymer shear will be caused. Therefore, usually the injection pump can only give one injection of poly well at one time. Provide polymer mother liquor. For this purpose, the center adopts a conical design and uses a surfacing alloy material at the seal between the valve core and the valve seat. This has strong resistance to scouring and ensures the sealing of the valve. The valve drive system seal adopts step-down technology, which can ensure the flexible adjustment of the valve. Tests have shown that the valve has the characteristics of high precision of mother liquor adjustment, convenient on-site operation, and high viscosity retention rate. When the opening of the regulating valve is fully opened, 2/3, 1/2, and 1/4, the viscosity retention rate is above 98%. At present, the regulating valve has been declared a national patent.
