Domestic hydrogen analyzer successfully applied in the Puguang gas field to import imported equipment

Puguang Gas Field is located in Puguang Town, Xuanhan County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. It is an ultra-deep, high-sulfur, high-pressure, complex mountainous gas field. Puguang Gas Field is the largest marine high-sulfur gas field discovered in China. As of August 20, the cumulative gas production of the Puguang gas field has reached 70.045 billion cubic meters, of which 51.28 billion cubic meters of gas is produced in the main block of Puguang, and 18.443 billion cubic meters of gas is produced in the Dawan block. The Shuangmiao Qingxi and peripheral blocks are produced. The gas is 273 million cubic meters.
At the beginning of the production of the Puguang gas field, the online analytical instruments in the purification unit were all imported equipment. In order to solve the problems of excessive cost of spare parts, long procurement period and huge water content during the start of construction, Puguang Branch and relevant departments have made up their minds to test the key technologies of the imported hydrogen analyzer and its supporting systems, water removal technology and material selection. The technology will be tackled and the localization pilot test will be implemented.
The technicians and the relevant domestic research institutes and manufacturers organized special research and did a lot of research work. After nearly 3 years, the localization application of the hydrogen analyzer was finally realized.
At present, the domestic hydrogen analyzer is installed in the purification device, runs in parallel with the imported hydrogen analyzer, and its detection data is connected to the DCS distributed control system. The domestic hydrogen analyzer operated smoothly without any failure during the period. By collecting real-time monitoring data, the technicians found that the detection data of the domestic hydrogen analyzer and the imported hydrogen analyzer are close, and the sensitivity, linearity error and other indicators are even better than imported equipment.
According to reports, the domestic hydrogen analyzer adopts multi-stage water removal measures such as dynamic recirculation and vortex cooling, so that most of the water vapor returns to the process pipeline, which solves the problem of a large amount of water vapor entering each time during the start-stop period of each hydrogenation unit. System, the problem of damage to the detection component. In addition, the domestic supplier's lead time has been shortened from 9 months to 15 days, and procurement costs and annual maintenance costs have also been reduced by half, completely solving the problems caused by foreign equipment.
