The established joint venture company, Shanghai Bellow Thermal Systems Co., Ltd., entered the next phase of development. Bessie and the Chinese partner invest 50% each, and set up Shanghai Bellow Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. to develop, manufacture and sell air-conditioning and engine cooling products for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The new plant in Pudong covers an area of ​​120,000 square meters and the entire project will be completed in two phases.
