High-pressure reciprocating pump installation precautions

High-pressure reciprocating pump installation notes:

1. The high-pressure reciprocating pump is horizontally installed on the cement concrete foundation with a height of 20-30mm. The inlet and outlet pipelines must not bear the weight of other objects and pipelines.

2. Add 120# industrial gear oil in gear.

3. When the pipeline is easy to be blocked, a safety valve must be installed to ensure the safe operation of the high-pressure reciprocating pump.

4. The high-pressure reciprocating pump in winter must check whether the vapor is unblocked to avoid damage caused by the open pump when the medium is frozen.

5. Before opening the high pressure reciprocating pump, the inlet and outlet valves must be opened.
