2. How can I get some samples?
If you need samples, we are happy to provide them free of charge, but new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make castings according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawing, 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make castings based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer for chemical property monitoring, a tensile testing machine for mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT method for internal casting inspection.
