According to the company's general manager, Takeuchi Mingwen, in 1995, Japanese investors learned that domestic convenience food production requires a large amount of freeze-dried onion and freeze-dried vegetable information, and then it is based on the subtropical monsoon humid climate in the southwestern part of the Sichuan basin in Leshan, China. With plenty of rainfall, it is suitable for the growth of various crops and the breeding of various poultry and livestock. It has abundant agricultural resources and the advantages of wild mushrooms and edible mushroom resources. It chose to establish a joint venture between Leshan and Tincheng Group and set up Tiancheng Industrial Co., Ltd. to produce it. Freeze-dried food. Due to differences in management and other aspects between the two sides, China and Japan have operated separately in recent years. At present, the company has invested a total of 680 million yen in Leshan, built an area of ​​25 mu, and has a production plant and ancillary facilities of 19,000 square meters. It has introduced four vacuum freeze-drying (FD) lines and two hot-air drying lines from Japan. The (AD) production line has an annual production capacity of 200-240 tons of vacuum freeze-dried food and 30 tons of hot-air dried food. The company produces nearly 30 varieties of freeze-dried onions, mushrooms, kimchi, green stalks, leeks, and onions. Due to strict quality management and certification of ISO9001 and HACCP systems, there are a large number of technical talents and more than 300 production workers with mastery of technology. The products they produce are mainly sold in Japan, Western Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. Ten thousand U.S. dollars.
It is understood that the company has established five dedicated vegetable production bases in Yuelai Town and Emeishan City, Shizhong District, Leshan City, which has driven more than 600 acres of green onions and green stalks. After soil sampling and analysis of pesticide residues and heavy metals on vegetables purchased and processed, strictly follow the requirements of pollution-free and green food standards. Qualified vegetables are not purchased and unqualified products are not delivered. Now the plant has formed a capacity of processing thousands of tons of green onions and thousands of tons of green terpenes, and has driven vegetable farmers to increase income by more than 3 million yuan.
