The flotation machine consists of flotation cells, impellers, belt pulleys, inlet pipes, stroboscopes, cover plates, standpipes, and draw bars. When the machine is in operation, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, creating centrifugal force and negative pressure. This allows air to be drawn in and mixed with the mineral slurry. At the same time, the slurry is mixed with reagents, and the foam becomes thinner, allowing the minerals to attach to the foam and rise to the surface, forming a mineralized froth.
