Southeast shareholders have reached a consensus that Mitsubishi Motors will directly invest in shares


On December 4th, Mitsubishi Motors Akerroth visited Southeast Automotive Co. for the first time as a factory president, which led to speculation that Mitsubishi is directly participating in the shareholders' South (for more details, please refer to the report on December 8, C43). Recently, the Southeast Automotive Company, which had been making no statement about the outside world, finally accepted an interview with the reporter. The company’s public relations manager, Zeng Xincheng, revealed that Southeastern shareholders have reached a consensus on Mitsubishi Motors’ direct entry into the shareholders’ south, but specific details are still being negotiated.

According to Zeng Xincheng, Mitsubishi Motors, China Motors, Fujian Automobile Industry Group, and Southeastern Automotive Sifang reached a consensus on future cooperation.

Ekrot said that Mitsubishi will definitely participate in the future development of the Southeast. And Southeast shareholders have reached a consensus on Mitsubishi Motors’ direct entry into the shareholders, but specific details are still being negotiated.

As for the future problem of Southeast China's car positioning, Mitsubishi Motors agreed to give priority and full support to South East Motor’s demand for cars, light passengers, and MPVs in the future.
