Storage dry mushrooms should pay attention to five aspects

First, dry storage: mushroom water absorption, high moisture content is easy to oxidative deterioration, but also prone to mildew, therefore, mushrooms must be dried before storage. The storage container must be filled with an appropriate amount of moisture absorbent such as blocky lime or dry charcoal to prevent dampness.
Second, the low-temperature storage: mushrooms must be stored in low-temperature ventilation, conditions can be sealed containers sealed mushrooms placed in the refrigerator or cold storage.
Third, dark storage: Infrared rays in the light will heat mushrooms, ultraviolet rays will accelerate the deterioration of mushrooms. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid storing shiitake mushrooms under strong light, and at the same time avoid packing with light-transmitting materials.
Fourth, sealed storage: Oxidation reaction is the inevitable process of mushroom deterioration, if you cut off the oxygen can inhibit its oxidative deterioration. Canned containers, such as tin cans and ceramic jars, can be used to contain mushrooms. The container should be lined with a food bag. To open the mouth of the container as little as possible, the air in the liner bag should be discharged when the seal is closed, and the method of using oxygen and nitrogen in the condition can be used to hold the mushroom.
V. Separate Storage: The mushroom has extremely strong adsorption and must be stored separately. In addition, do not use odor-evaporating containers or odor-absorbing containers.
