Fourth, Control Panel Instructions:
1. Key Functions:
(1) "P" Key
The "P" key has two main functions. First, pressing it allows you to adjust the needle position up or down. When the upper pinhole light is on, the needle is in the up position; if the lower pinhole light is on, the needle is down. If both lights are off, there’s no needle position detected.
Second, it acts as an Enter button for accessing and confirming settings, which will be explained in more detail below.
"S" Key
This key also has two uses. First, it can turn the headlight on or off. Second, it serves as a confirmation key for parameter settings, as described in point 2.
"+" "-" Keys
These keys are used to adjust the motor speed.
(2) How to Access Parameters:
Example: Changing the motor direction from clockwise to counterclockwise.
Step 1: Turn on the power.
Step 2: Press and hold the "P" key, then press the "+" key with your other hand. The screen will display P-00.
Step 3: Press "+" again to move to P-01, and then P-02. P-02 is the parameter for motor direction (clockwise or counterclockwise).
Step 4: Press "P" to enter the parameter. The screen will show "1".
Step 5: Press "-" to change "1" to "0". "1" represents clockwise, and "0" represents counterclockwise.
Step 6: Press "S" to save the changes and exit the parameter mode.
3. Restore Factory Settings:
To restore factory settings, press and hold the "P" key, then press the "+" key. The screen will display P-00. Hold the "S" key for 3 seconds to reset the motor to its original factory settings.
