1) Surface Treatment Options:

Electro Galvanized: This option provides a smooth and bright surface with a zinc coating of 20-30g/m². It is cost-effective and suitable for most applications. Although it may rust in humid environments, the rust does not affect functionality, and the service life is approximately 8-10 years.

Hot Galvanized: This method offers a thicker zinc layer, reaching about 500g/m². The surface may have small zinc nodules, but it provides excellent corrosion resistance and a longer service life of up to 25 years or more.

PVC Powder Coated After Electro Galvanizing: This option features a smooth and shiny surface with a wide range of color choices (red, yellow, blue, green, black, white). As it involves two layers of surface treatment, it enhances anti-rust properties and lasts around 20 years.

2) Key Features: These chicken houses are designed for easy assembly, efficient feeding, and simple management. They help save space, reduce disease transmission, and improve the survival rate of poultry.

3) Scalability: The structure can be customized based on size requirements. Additional features such as automatic drinking systems can be added, and the design can be adjusted for single-layer or multi-layer configurations.
