4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, acting as the vibration source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
