The 2BV6 161 single-stage liquid/water ring vacuum pump is a compact and efficient solution designed for industrial applications. It features a small footprint, a direct motor connection, and a streamlined design that allows it to be installed horizontally without the need for a separate chassis. This makes it ideal for space-constrained environments. This vacuum pump operates on the water ring principle. When the pump is started, the working liquid (usually water) forms a liquid ring inside the pump casing, which is concentric with the casing. The impeller, mounted eccentrically, transfers the motor's power to this liquid ring.
