1. Multi-stage Pumps Introduction:
The QD and QDG series are horizontal high-pressure multistage pumps designed for a wide range of industrial applications. These pumps consist of multiple single-stage impellers that work together to generate high head pressure. They are ideal for use with clean water or liquids with low concentrations (less than 1%) and particles smaller than 0.1mm. The QD series is suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, while the QDG series can handle up to 150°C. Head ranges from 76 to 1080 meters, with flow rates between 3 and 600 m³/h.

2. Range of Application for Multistage Pumps
These pumps are widely used in mining, municipal water supply, and sewage engineering. They are suitable for transferring watery liquids without solid particles and at temperatures below 80°C. For boiler feed systems or similar hot water applications, they can operate at temperatures under 105°C. They are also ideal for stainless steel, mine, and sewage transfer processes.
They can handle mine water with solid particle content under 1.5% or similar sewage, as well as corrosive liquids (without solid particles) within a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. They are also suitable for oil and petroleum products, with temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C and viscosity under 120cSt.
