High Precision HEPA Filter for Compressed Air
1. Separator / Filter (A-lever air filter): Ideal for removing large amounts of liquid and 3um condensation particles, with a maximum residual oil content of 5ppm and a two-stage filtration system. 2. General Conveying Air Pipe Filter (B-lever air filter): Designed for filtering 1um particles, with a maximum residual oil content of 1ppm. Both the inside and outside of the filter element are corrosion-resistant. 3. High Efficiency Oil Removal Filter (C-lever air filter): Efficiently removes fine condensation water vapor and oil mist, capable of capturing 0.01um particles with a maximum residual oil content of 0.01ppm. The filter elements are corrosion-resistant on both sides. 4. Oil Vapor Filter (D-lever air filter, Deodorization Filter): Removes oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor that can be absorbed by activated carbon, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003ppm. The filter elements are also corrosion-resistant on both sides. 5. Air intake temperature at point A is ≤80ºC, and at other points ≤66ºC, with pressure ≤1.3Mpa.
