The space required is only the width of a finger on both sides, allowing for high-density arrangements and increasing design flexibility.
3. Security of quick connector
The quick connector features a double sealing rings radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings. These o-rings are designed for fluid physics, custom anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber o-rings increase mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell through an elastic clamping device, ensuring no falling or shifting occurs. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connector is made up of body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece inserts the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the connectors to connect, and then pull back to ensure complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, push the male connector and press the clip button, expand the lock, and easily pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
