KSY/KDY pumps are widely used in oil fields, offshore platforms, and terminal operations. They are ideal for crude oil and refined product pipelines, water distribution systems, fluid injection processes, high-pressure applications, and seawater handling.

Description
The KSY/KDY series is a horizontal, axially split casing pump with a double volute, multi-stage design. The impellers are arranged in opposing groups, offering flexibility for different application needs.
- **KSY** is a double-suction, two-stage pump designed for high flow capacity.
- **KDY** is a multi-stage single-suction pump optimized for high head applications. The first stage features a double-suction impeller to reduce NPSH requirements.
These pumps are equipped with removable wear rings that protect the casing and impeller from erosion. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced for smooth operation. The pump design fully complies with the latest edition of API 610 specifications.
They are available with either special antifriction bearings on both sides or sleeve bearings with ring or forced-feed lubrication. The axial bearing is designed as a segmental thrust bearing for enhanced reliability.
Standard Material
The construction follows the guidelines of API 610, 8th Edition, published in August 1995. This ensures the pump meets rigorous industry standards for performance, durability, and safety.
