Air source heat pump water heater routine maintenance

1. Air source heat pump water heater is a high degree of automation equipment, regular use of the unit status check, if the unit can be a long-term effective maintenance and repair, unit operation reliability and service life will be unexpectedly improved.

2. Outside the installation of water filters should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the system clean water to prevent the unit due to filter clogging caused by the host damage.

3. Users should pay attention to the use and maintenance of heat pump units: all safety protection devices in the unit are set at the factory, do not disassemble or adjust.

4. Air-source heat pump water heaters often check the unit's power supply and electrical system wiring is solid, the electrical components are abnormal, if timely repair and replacement.

5. Often check the water system, water tank safety valve, liquid level controller and exhaust work is normal, so as to avoid the air into the system resulting in reduced water circulation, thus affecting the unit of heat and the reliability of unit operation.

6. Check the water pump, water valve is working properly, water pipes and pipe joints whether leakage.

Keep the unit clean, dry and well ventilated. Clean the air side heat exchanger annually to maintain good heat transfer.

8. Often check the work of the various components of the unit, check the machine pipe joints and inflatable valves for oil, to ensure unit refrigerant no leakage.

9. Do not pile up debris around the unit, so as not to block the inlet and outlet, the unit should be kept clean and dry around, well-ventilated.

10.If the downtime is longer, the water in the piping of the unit should be released and the power cut off, and the protective cover should be put on. When running again, check the system before turning it on.

11. When the air source heat pump water heater actual water temperature and the unit control panel display numerical inconsistency, please check whether the temperature sensing device is in good contact.

12. Unit failure, the user can not be resolved, please promptly to the after-sales service department repair, and inform the fault code, in order to send timely maintenance.

13. The host condenser cleaning, we recommend to use 50 ℃ -60 ℃ every two years, the concentration of 15% hot phosphoric acid solution to clean the condenser, start the host comes with a circulating pump to clean for 3 hours, and finally washed three times with tap water. Take over for cleaning. Do not clean the condenser with caustic cleaning solution.

14. After the tank needs to be used for a period of time (usually 3 months, depending on the local water quality may be) need to wash the scale.
