The 2006 penalties for the Hydrogen Peroxide and Perborate Price Union amounted to 388.1 million EUR and the price of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) in 2006 The penalties for the alliance amounted to 344.5 million euros. In 2007, the penalties for the neoprene price alliance amounted to 247.6 million euros. In 2005, the penalties for the monochloroacetic acid price union amounted to 216.9 million euros. In 2009, the penalties for the PVC additive price alliance were punished. The amount was EUR 173 million. The penalty for the sorbate price alliance in 2003 was EUR 138.4 million. In 2001, the penalty for the citric acid price alliance was EUR 135 million.
