Daqing Lianhua cold water pipe enters the domestic plastic market

Recently, from the Daqing Refining & Chemical Company's production scheduling conference, it was learned that the PPB4228 cold-water PP pipe independently developed by the company was favored by customers after being used in Shanghai Weiye, Shandong Jielin and other well-known domestic pipe manufacturing plants, and became the company’s domestic market. Another 'fist' product: The 300,000-ton/year polypropylene plant has the largest single production capacity in Asia today. It has successfully commissioned 16 brands of products after more than two years of operation. Among them, self-developed SP179 car bumpers, T28F film materials and other grades have successfully seized the domestic market.
In order to further enhance corporate profits and expand product competitiveness, Daqing Refining & Chemical aims to target the cold water pipe market in all major regions in China. In April last year, Daqing Refining & Chemical Company successfully commissioned qualified PPB4228 pipe materials without the guidance of any foreign experts. In March of this year, the production parameters of the production unit were adjusted to make the PPB4228 product, bending modulus, impact strength and other performance indicators have been greatly improved on the basis of the original, fully meet the needs of the current domestic pipe industry manufacturers. The improvement of the performance of PPB4228 has provided strong technical support and guarantee for the company to expand and strengthen the domestic plastics market.
