2.2 Adaptability of the Plan

(1) According to the improvement of the machining precision of the machine tool manufacturers, the Delta VFD-VE series high-performance magnetic beam vector control AC inverter was replaced by the ASDA-A+ AC servo spindle system.

Delta VFD-VE series inverter is a high-end vector control inverter introduced by Delta. Because it has 0.5HZ up to 150% rated torque output; built-in V / F, vector control, torque control and position control functions; speed control accuracy: FOC + PG closed-loop control, up to +/- 0.02%, etc. Can already meet the general car, milling composite processing requirements.

Delta's ASDA-A+ AC servo system has increased the resolution of the encoder to 20 bits, and the control accuracy has been greatly enhanced. This enables it to adapt to high-precision machine tools. It also provides high torque to meet the needs of high torque output devices.

Servo system application in the field of machine tool spindle drive can improve the accuracy of the spindle, but in terms of torque will have a certain loss than the use of variable frequency spindle. Frequency conversion spindles perform better in terms of speed and torque, but do not achieve very high accuracy. ASDA-A+ AC servo system is a high-torque, high-speed, high-precision performance characteristics. The products processed by the machine tool achieve the best results in terms of accuracy and finish.

(2) According to machine tool manufacturers use pneumatic automatic picking device. Three M codes and two O points are provided to control the automatic picking device.

The automatic pick-up device uses a two-way pneumatic valve to control the length of the extension of the automatic picking device according to the size of the processed part. By modifying the PLC program in the control system, two output points are controlled using three M codes. M111 executes, O8 outputs; M222 executes, O9 outputs; M333 executes, while canceling M111 and M222 both cancels O8 and O9. O8 is used to control the extension of the picker and O9 controls the pick-up of the picker. When the O8 and O9 are both canceled, the picker will stop at its original position. With the adjustment of the two-way valve, using G04 in the processing program to do delay processing, you can reach the control of the feeder extension length.
