Features:1. Developed based on farmers' needs after years of experience, this hand-pushed wheeled corn planter is highly practical.2. After two years of testing, it has become a successful and reliable product.3. Durable and precise in sowing, it ensures even distribution of seeds.4. Seeds germinate uniformly, leading to better crop growth.5. Twice as efficient as portable planters, making farming faster and easier.6. Attractive design and superior durability for long-term use.7. Certified by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, ensuring quality and reliability.Structure and Working Principle:The machine consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims. This allows for customizable planting distances. The seed roller is designed to plant various crops such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, peas, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.
Operation:
Users can choose from eight different spacing options. Curved plates are connected around the rims to form funnels. Each arc-shaped nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, and each side is trimmed with an S-plate. The S-plate pushes the transmission rod, which is driven by the wheel. Since the wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, rotating the wheels adjusts the spacing and deposits seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing actions for accurate seed placement.
The shaft's sides are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners (secured with M6 nuts). When pushed forward, the sprocket drives the intermittent motion, achieving sowing. The machine ensures single-grain planting or two tablets, meeting the needs of most farmers. Five seed round specifications are available, allowing users to select based on grain size and color. When changing the wheel cover, remove the seed round and adjust manually. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes. Before sowing, test the machine in a furrow to ensure proper seed flow. Always check during operation and make timely adjustments to avoid issues like lack of seeds or poor germination, as the factory is not responsible for such problems.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness to prevent detachment.
2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, and apply oil to threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place, and reassemble carefully after disassembly for proper debugging.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious if soil is wet or rainy; check for foreign objects in the nozzles.
3. Ensure proper matching of seeds with the seed rounds.
4. Do not run, pull, or push against the rotation direction of the arrow.
5. Maintain a seeding rate of 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Never allow children to play with or touch the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Keep the seed tank at least one-third full.
8. Always run the seeder in the direction indicated by the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If seed usage per acre drops significantly, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the fixed parts properly (especially the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory, so follow the specified seed and spacing rates. Adjust promptly if errors occur.
13. The appearance and technical standards of the product are subject to the actual appliance, and the factory reserves the final right to interpret.
