Principle:
The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220V/50HZ and 110V/60HZ power into 18KHz power. The ultrasonic transducer transforms this high frequency power into mechanical vibration of the same frequency. It is suitable for fine powdery materials with a diameter of 0.063mm-0.02mm. Based on traditional circular vibrating screens, it adds low amplitude and high frequency ultrasonic vibrations, allowing fine powders to gain large ultrasonic acceleration, reducing their adhesion, friction, and wedging in the meshes. This results in efficient screening and cleaning.
Main Features:
1. Prevents low density powders from contacting meshes and reduces mobility. Also prevents high density metal powders from staying or wedging in the meshes and alleviates static charge adhesion, improving screening performance and efficiency.
2. The penetrating rate of the material is generally 50%-400% higher than that of vibrating screens without ultrasonic transducers.
3. Reduces screen cleaning time, sometimes eliminating the need for it.
4. Accessories like bouncing balls do not contaminate the powdery material.
5. Mesh size and screening precision remain stable.
6. Materials adhering to the screen can be decomposed, reducing residue.
7. Screening times are significantly reduced.
8. Self-protective motors stop automatically in case of short circuit, phase loss, or unstable voltage, ensuring safer operation.
9. Motor has an IP65 rating, making it heat resistant, oil resistant, dustproof, and waterproof.
