This shows that the research and development of the alloy catalyst in the company's polypropylene catalyst and process engineering pilot plant for the first time to open the liquid phase bulk and gas phase copolymerization of the entire process, the R & D platform will play a role in polyolefin new product development and catalyst development.
This pilot polymerization test not only enabled the gas phase polymerization unit of the pilot plant to be successfully put into operation, but more importantly, it produced two brands of high-impact polypropylene alloy for the national 863 project. The preliminary test results show that the two polypropylene alloy test materials can meet the technical requirements for high-grade polyolefin products for automobiles and have been sent to automotive manufacturers for application tests.
