Introduction:
The ultrasonic sieving machine is a high precision sieve filter device that combines vertical vibration motors and ultrasonic transmitters as its source of vibration. By applying ultrasonic waves to the screen, it is ideal for industries requiring fine powder screening and filtration, especially those dealing with high-value micro-powders.
Principle:
The ultrasonic vibrating screen can convert 220V/50Hz and 110V/60Hz power into 18kHz power. The ultrasonic transducer then transforms this high-frequency power into mechanical vibrations at the same frequency. This system is suitable for fine powdery materials with diameters ranging from 0.063mm to 0.02mm.
This powder screening system, based on a traditional circular vibrating screen, applies low amplitude and high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to the screen during operation. As a result, fine powders gain significant ultrasonic acceleration, reducing adhesion, friction, and clogging in the mesh. This allows the ultrasonic vibrating screen to achieve efficient screening and cleaning of the screen.
Main Features:
1. During gravity settling, low-density powders (<0.3 tons per cubic meter) are less likely to come into contact with the mesh, and material mobility is also reduced. High-density metal powders are prevented from getting stuck or wedged in the mesh, and static charge-related adhesion to the mesh is alleviated, improving both screening performance and efficiency.
2. The material penetration rate is generally 50%-400% higher than that of screens without ultrasonic transducers.
3. The screen cleaning time for our ultrasonic vibrating screen is significantly reduced, and in some cases, this step can be eliminated.
4. Accessories like bouncing balls do not contaminate the powdery material.
5. Mesh size and screening accuracy remain stable.
6. Materials adhering to the screen can be decomposed, reducing residue left on the screen.
7. Screening times can be greatly reduced.
8. A self-protective motor is available for the ultrasonic vibrating screen. In case of short circuits, phase loss, or unstable voltage, the motor will automatically stop, protecting both the motor and the power supply, thus ensuring safer operation.
9. The motor has an IP65 rating, making it heat-resistant, oil-resistant, dustproof, and waterproof.
