3. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These O-rings are mainly used for fluid physics and chemistry, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings, enhancing mechanical properties and preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.
