The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and increasing design flexibility.
3. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings, designed to withstand fluid physics and chemistry, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. The two sealing rings do not bond together, and synthetic rubber O-rings are used to increase mechanical properties and prevent aging. Sealing rings and spacer rings are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures great sealing security.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connectors consist of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the clip fastener to connect two connectors together. Pull back to ensure complete connection. Repair or removal is different. Push the male connector forward, press the clip button, expand the lock, and easily pull out the connector. Please note: SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
