Features:

Structure and Working Principle:
This machine consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and pushing parts. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims to meet different requirements.

Operation:
Users can choose eight different spacing options. Curved plates around the rims form funnels. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length is controlled by the pitch to adjust depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are trimmed with S-shaped cutters, and the rod drives the wheel. Wheels and shafts are aligned, so when the wheels rotate, seeds fall into the furrow. The sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center, allowing precise opening and closing actions for accurate seeding.

Pushing the sides of the shaft with flat center bushings and brackets, connected together, allows adjustments (fixed with M6 nuts). When operated manually, the seeder rolls forward, driven by a sprocket to achieve intermittent sowing.

The seeder is designed for single-grain corn planting and can handle two tablets. Five types of seed rounds are available to suit different grain sizes and colors. Changing the wheel cover requires removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, two types of wheel sizes are provided (market-leading). Before sowing, ensure the seed is properly placed and check for any issues during the process to avoid problems like lack of seeds or failure to germinate.

Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and self-tapping screws to prevent loosening and falling off.

2. After sowing, clean all parts and oil the threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend the lifespan.

Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious of foreign objects in the nozzles if the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure the seed rounds match the crop type.
4. Do not run backward, pull down, or push in the wrong direction (follow the arrow).
5. Control the sowing speed at 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Keep children away from the machine to prevent accidents and damage.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always operate the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant drop in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the correct order and align the fixed parts carefully (pay attention to the positive side).
12. All dimensions are set by the factory. Adjust seed quantity and spacing promptly if errors occur.
13. Final interpretation of product appearance and technical standards belongs to the factory.
