Introduction:The factory seeding machine is the latest development tailored to meet the needs of modern agricultural practices. After extensive field trials and improvements by senior technicians, it has become a market leader. Designed with ease of use in mind, it features accurate spacing, adjustable depth settings, and high labor efficiency. The seeder is made from high-quality steel, processed through stamping, rolling, and welding, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It is coated with galvanized paint for added protection. The transparent seed box allows easy monitoring of seed volume. All housing components are crafted from reinforced nylon and ABS materials, offering both strength and lightweight performance.

Features:
1. Developed after years of experience to meet farmers' needs.
2. A successful product after two years of practical testing.
3. Durable and long-lasting, with precise sowing capabilities.
4. Uniform sowing ensures even germination.
5. Twice as efficient as portable planters.
6. Improved design, more durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
7. Verified as a qualified product by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Adjustments can be made using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims to control spacing according to user requirements.
Operation:
Users can choose eight different spacing options by connecting curved plates around the rims to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are trimmed with S-shaped putters, which push the transmission rod driven by the wheels. The wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so when the wheels turn, the spacing is maintained, and seeds are dropped into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling accurate opening and closing actions to ensure proper planting depth and spacing.
Pushing the sides of the shaft with flat center bushings and brackets connected together allows for adjustment (fixed with an M6 rod nut). When manually operated, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives the intermittent motion to achieve sowing. The planting process is designed to ensure single grain planting and two tablets, meeting the needs of most regional farmers. The factory offers five specifications of seed rounds, allowing users to select based on grain size and color. Changing the wheel covers requires removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, the factory provides two different wheel sizes (market leaders), and users should complete adjustments before starting planting. Always check the seeding process to identify and resolve issues promptly, as improper adjustments may lead to lack of seeds or germination failure, for which the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness to prevent detachment.
2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, apply oil to threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend its lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Pay special attention if foreign objects are present in the nozzles during wet soil or rain.
3. Ensure seed rounds match the crop species.
4. Do not run backward; follow the direction of the arrow.
5. Control the sowing rate at 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Prohibit children from playing with the machine or touching gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. The seed tank must have at least one-third capacity.
8. Always operate the seeder in the direction of the arrow, with the seed box side facing forward.
9. If seed usage per acre significantly decreases, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align carefully (pay attention to the positive sides).
12. All dimensions are factory-supplied. Adjust seed quantity and distance if errors occur.
13. Product appearance and technical standards are subject to the actual application and final interpretation by the factory.Concrete Admixtures
