Zhenhai Refining & Chemicals 1 million tons/year ethylene plant basic design
Recently, the 1 million-ton ethylene design management department of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Branch has organized the matching meeting for general map and boundary conditions. The design institutes have implemented the red line and layout of the main items of the ethylene project, and submitted boundary conditions to the engineering company, which laid the foundation for the comprehensive advancement of public engineering design.
It is understood that since the construction of the 1 million-ton/year ethylene project was started, all construction workers have been put into operation in March 2009 in the public works and put into operation in June 2009, and the construction machinery was completed in September 2009, December 2009. The general objective of project construction for commissioning and transfer to commercial operation was to make concerted efforts to steadily advance the construction of ethylene projects. The basic design, long-cycle equipment ordering, on-site construction, production preparation, and organization construction progressed smoothly.
At present, the engineering design has completed the design of the overall design and the process package of all devices. The basic design of each major device has been fully carried out, and two sets of devices such as ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol have completed the basic design. The on-site temporary facilities of the ethylene plant and the construction of the underground main pipeline network were carried out at the same time. The furnace section of the ethylene cracker, the chimney of the power center, the coal bunker, and the cooling tower were all piling. The circulating water bus was laid 2150 meters. The temporary office center has entered the construction site and is making progress to ensure that office conditions are available in August. Long-period equipment ordering also achieved initial results, and the signing of long-cycle equipment order contracts for two reactors and six compressor units was completed.
