New wool spinning card and combing machine developed successfully
Recently, the national-level development project undertaken by Zhangjiagang Dacheng Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., “Wool Series Card Combing Machine and Combing Machine†was successfully developed and put on the market. The first batch of users has exceeded 30. At present, the high-speed comber FB256 prototype has been successfully tested in Zhangjiagang Jinri Woolen Co., Ltd., producing 66 tops, opening 220 clamps per minute, with a daily output of 580 kg, and the test performance exceeds PB31. The application field of this model has been extended from the pre-spinning process of fine wool spinning, wool spinning, to the mixing of strip dyeing and combing, the pre-needle combing of the strip and the short-staple of the linen, and the creation of the first comb. It is reported that “Wool Spinning Series Carding Machine and Combing Machine†is one of the 88 projects in the “2006 Textile Industry Association Science and Technology Guiding Project Plan†issued by China Textile Industry Association.
