Pendulum feeder

The structure of the pendulum feeder is shown below. The number of swings of the valve fan is generally 45 to 50 times/min. When the valve fan is retracted, the material is discharged from a gap formed by the valve fan and the valve body. This gap is determined by the eccentricity of the yaw. The adjustment range of the eccentricity varies depending on the specifications of the feeder. It can be seen that this feeder only adapts to the feeding of fine powder (the granularity generally does not exceed 25 mm).

There are not many varieties of pendulum feeders, and the specifications are small, and they are mostly used as feeding devices for ball conveyor belt conveyors.

Cooling Tower Fill

Cooling tower filler are vacuum-formed and glued together in a way that provides adequate space to avoid scaling and clogging. Thus, the water can be evenly distributed to insure high heat exchange efficiency. Each layer of filling blocks has steel supporters to prevent from deforming and falling off. The bottom is designed with suspended supporters to avoid depositing various objects and scaling so that cooling towers can be at ease of maintenance and cleaning. PVC fillings are suitable for operation with inlet water temperature up to 47°C. C.P.V.C. or P.P fillings can be used as an option for situations with higher water temperature.
