Responsible for the installation of the coal feeder, the surrounding of the interface frame is filled with C20 marking concrete, and the platform is made of large I-beam under the coal feeder base, and the point bar is added at the appropriate position to increase the support strength; For the 30# large I-beams, make permanent 12# or more I-beams on both sides;

6. The construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the mine maintenance procedures, and cooperate with the relevant units to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the entire maintenance work.

Second, security technical measures:

1. The 25 teams arrange a team to work in each shift, responsible for the safety of the shift and the quality of the project;

2. Check the top, support and anti-skid conditions before construction, and then construct the hidden dangers and arrange the full-time supervision;

3. Check the top shovel before construction, etc. In advance, use the wooden shed at least 5cm thick at the appropriate position on the lower side of the coal bunker. Check the safety of the scaffolding and construction platform. The thickness of the scaffolding and platform is more than 7cm. Durable, pressure-resistant, and non-slip;

4. The picking is strictly in accordance with the need for maintenance and installation, and the mechanic repair shop shall send personnel to arrange on-site guidance to ensure compliance with the requirements;

5. The diameter of the pit wood is not less than 18cm, and the I-beam is not lower than the 12# miner steel. It must be ushered in the mountain and planted to the real bottom to ensure stable pressure and no sinking;

6. It is strictly forbidden to have someone on the opposite side to prevent ash, slag, etc. from splashing into the eyes and wind hoes, and accidentally injuring people;

7. The periphery of the coal feeder interface frame is filled with C20 grade concrete and compacted. The concrete ç ¼ mark is not lower than C20, ash: sand: stone = 1:2:2, the mortar is full and smooth, and no gap is left in the paste;

8. The construction personnel must cooperate with each other when carrying materials and transfer, and take it securely and look forward to the future; when carrying large items, it is necessary to arrange a sufficient number of capable personnel to be commanded by the team or the squad leader at the scene, in an orderly manner to avoid injury to personnel. ;

9. The construction personnel dress neatly, tighten the cuffs and pants, wear complete and effective labor protection products, and do autonomous security and mutual security throughout the construction process;

10. Pay attention to cover up the equipment such as belts and other mortars that may be splashed with colored cloth, etc., and clean the construction section at the end of each shift, and carry the debris out of the loading;

11. This measure is implemented after the signature is implemented.
