According to the news released by the website of the National Development and Reform Commission recently, in order to complete the inspection and acceptance of the auto parts remanufacturing pilot, according to the requirements of the Notice on Deepening Remanufacturing Pilots (No. 2170 of the National Development and Reform Commission [2011]), To fully listen to the opinions of all parties, the NDRC will publicly solicit comments on the following conditions of pilot auto parts enterprises:

First, whether or not remanufactured products do not meet the standards of quality; second, whether there is a direct dismantling of the “five major assemblies” by scrapped companies; and third, whether there are any unauthorized actions to manufacture other companies’ products; Whether there is no re-manufactured logo and enters into social sales; whether there is illegal import of old parts from abroad for remanufacturing; and whether there is any act of remanufacturing products for new car production; Major environmental pollution problems; eight is whether there are other violations of laws and regulations.
