Urumqi issued 240,000 environmental protection signs

Since the launch of the Ukrainian motor vehicle environmental protection mark on August 8, a total of 240,356 environmental protection marks have been issued, including 226,599 green marks and 13,757 yellow marks. Among the environmental protection signs applied for, private cars issued 165,505 environmental protection signs, 3,039 buses, 8,613 taxis, 10,619 freight cars, and 1,178 passenger cars.
According to the data provided by the traffic police department, there are currently 420,000 vehicles in the city. Except for low-speed vehicles such as electric vehicles and motorcycles, there is no need to apply for environmental protection signs. At present, there are still more than 100,000 vehicles that have not yet declared the “yellow-green†standard.
Yesterday, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau held a press conference on the management of yellow and green vehicles for motor vehicles, and announced the overall situation since the city’s “yellow-green†environmental protection sign was issued.
Zhao Shiying, deputy director of the Urumqi Environmental Protection Bureau, said that at present, about 30,000 “Yellow Label Vehicle†owners do not come to the bid after knowing that they are yellow labels. About 50,000 freight vehicle owners believe that they have been restricted by truck traffic control measures. There is no need to apply for the yellow-green standard; some car owners think that there is still time to implement the yellow-green standard management time limit, and do not worry about the standard. Therefore, this month, there will be a phenomenon of getting yellow and green labels.
In order to alleviate this phenomenon, Urumqi has recently added three private cars, the Tianling Motor Vehicle Security Inspection Station on Hongshan Road, the Haiwei Motor Vehicle Security Inspection Station on Binhai Middle Road, and the Langtian Motor Vehicle Environmental Protection Inspection Station in Longdong South Road, Midong District. The environmental protection mark is issued. The city has 7 points and 30 windows. It does not rest for the holidays. It can issue about 5,000 environmental protection signs every day, which can guarantee the distribution of yellow and green labels.
It is reported that at present, the Urumqi Environmental Protection Bureau has completed the production and installation of the restricted traffic sign with the traffic management department of the public security organ. The electronic police, joint road inspection and exhaust gas remote sensing monitoring will be used to strictly implement the “no-standard car†road in the city.
