5 After the programmable controller program is lost, copy and restore can be performed according to the following steps: first turn off the power of the PLC, remove the lithium battery, take out the electrically washable memory unit “EPROMâ€, and then put it back. To restore the power to the PLC, turn the switch on the programmable controller to the "STOP" position for at least 5 seconds and then to the "Copy" position until the red light stops flashing. Then turn the switch to the “Run†position and replace the lithium battery. The green light should be illuminated at this time, and the PLC's input signal light should also display the normal state. In the worst case, the PLC central processing unit needs to be replaced.
