At the third session of the China Polyurethane Industry Association's second member representative meeting, Cui Xiaoming, Sales Manager for Insulation and Anti-Corrosion Products at US-based Graco, presented an in-depth overview of the company’s advanced polyurethane spraying equipment. The focus was on two key innovations: the Reactor metering spray system and the Fusion two-component spray gun.
The Reactor is a next-generation, two-component metering spray system that delivers exceptional performance and precise control. Designed for materials such as polyurea and foaming agents, it ensures accurate temperature and pressure regulation during the application process, which is crucial for achieving optimal surface treatment results. This system is ideal for a wide range of applications, including coatings for concrete surfaces, tanks, pipes, waterproofing materials, wastewater treatment systems, restoration of manholes and sewers, linings, thermal insulation, train manufacturing and maintenance, anti-fouling coatings, roof waterproofing, OEM projects within plants, adhesives, sealing, and industrial repairs.
In addition to the Reactor, Graco introduced the Fusion two-component spray guns, a revolutionary product designed for versatility and efficiency. These spray guns can be used across various applications, from polyurea and polyurethane coatings to spray-on foams. The new design not only reduces maintenance requirements and downtime but also extends the operational life of the equipment while delivering superior mixing performance. They are well-suited for use with polyurea coatings, foaming materials, polyurethane coatings, and adhesives.
Overall, these advancements represent a significant step forward in the polyurethane industry, offering greater precision, durability, and adaptability for a wide range of industrial and construction needs.
