R&D Close to the Market Giant Chemicals Fluoroplastics Sales Growth

Three experts from SKF, a globally recognized manufacturer of automotive components, recently visited the Juhua Technology Center's fluoroplastic processing plant to conduct a second-party audit. This marks Juhua as another key customer in the fluoroplastic industry, following Hutchinson in France. With product development closely aligned with market demands, Juhua has significantly expanded its range of fluoroplastic products and specifications. In the first half of this year, the project plant’s sales increased by 57%, and monthly sales are growing at an impressive rate of 50%. Juhua Technology Center is a national-level research institution that leverages the National Fluorine Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. It specializes in fluorine-containing functional polymers, fluorine-based fine chemicals, and technologies for treating "three wastes" (waste gas, waste water, and solid waste). Since the completion of the giant 10,000-ton PTFE expansion project earlier this year, Juhua has accelerated its development of fluorinated functional materials. The company actively utilizes the technical strength of the center and plays a key role through its industrial incubator, ensuring that fluorine material processing applications and process research stay in sync with market needs. In March, Juhua successfully developed a surface treatment process for automotive oil seals. Through continuous improvements, they enhanced the adhesion properties of the seals, leading to higher customer satisfaction. To better integrate into the global market, the fluoroplastic processing plant established a quality management system compliant with ISO9001 standards. This scientific approach has helped improve product quality, earning recognition from both domestic and international clients. In April, the company passed Hutchinson’s second-party audit, becoming a supplier of PTFE lip seals. It has since established business relationships with several major companies, including SKF, Baoding Great Wall Auto Bridge Industry Co., Ltd., Ninghai Xingli Rubber Seal Factory, Qingdao Hailiwei Sealing Co., Ltd., Ningbo High Pressure Pump Factory, and Kehua Instrument Factory. Currently, the fluoroplastic processing plant offers three series of more than 80 types of high-speed rotary oil seal lips, pump seals, and valve seat gaskets. Among these, pump seals hold about a 60% market share in Zhejiang and approximately 20% in Anhui. The growth in sales volume has been remarkable, reflecting the company’s strong market position and continued innovation.

Glass Washer Machine

Glass cleaning machines are important equipment in the glass industry, used to clean glass surfaces and prepare them for further processing. There are two main types of glass cleaning machines: horizontal and vertical.
Horizontal glass cleaning machines are designed for cleaning and drying flat glass panels. They are commonly used in the production of windows, mirrors and architectural glass. The machines are equipped with a conveyor system that moves the glass panels horizontally through a series of cleaning and drying stages. Spray the panels with water and detergent, scrub to remove dirt and debris, and then dry using hot air or infrared technology. Horizontal glass cleaning machines are highly efficient and suitable for mass production.
Vertical flat glass washers, on the other hand, are designed to clean glass panels in a vertical position. This type of machine is typically used for cleaning larger glass panels or glass panels with special coatings that require gentle handling. Upright washing machines use a series of soft brushes and water jets to clean glass surfaces without causing any damage. They are ideal for processing delicate glass products such as insulated glass and laminated glass.
