Recently, the information of the Jeep Cherokee free-light model appeared in the new environmental catalogue. It is reported that the car may be listed at the end of this year at the earliest.

According to the information in the environmental catalogue, the Jeep Cherokee free light model is available with a 2.4L engine and a 3.2L engine . According to previous reports, the former has a maximum power output of 184 horsepower and a peak torque of 232 N·m; the latter has a maximum power output of 271 hp and a peak torque of 324 N·m. In terms of transmission, the new models are matched to the 9AT gearbox.
