After a six-hour journey through snow, they successfully replaced the faulty component and restored the bus to operation.
In Hefei, where snow continued to fall and the situation remained critical, the Weichai Hefei team maintained full service. On January 28th, a Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck broke down on the HeNing Expressway. Despite the highway closure, the team found a way to reach the site and replaced the starter motor in time. Director Song Jianyong shared another touching story: a Yutong bus was stuck on the highway, and the driver was unable to fix it. Through a phone call, the team guided him step-by-step, ultimately resolving the issue.
