When tapping, correct the concentricity of the tap and the bottom hole of the thread and use a floating chuck. Appropriately reduce the rake angle and the cutting cone back angle. Remove burrs from sharpened taps and increase the length of the cutting cone.

4, the thread diameter is too small to select the appropriate precision grade tap diameter. Appropriately increase the rake angle and cutting cone angle. Replace worn taps. Use a good lubricating fluid.

5, the thread surface roughness value is too large to increase the front angle of the tap to reduce the cutting cone angle. Heat treatment, appropriate to improve the hardness of the workpiece, to ensure that the rake face surface of the tap has a low surface roughness value, select a good lubricating fluid. Reduce the cutting speed appropriately. Replace worn taps.

When the tapping machine has problems, it needs to be dealt with promptly. It is better not to wait until the end of the day after processing to be free to reprocess it. In case of expansion, the resulting greater loss will not be good.
