According to the briefing, the forthcoming Wu Heavy Duty Shield Machine, measuring 6.25 meters in diameter and 10 meters in length, will be unveiled at the Wuchang Zhongnan Road to Wujing section of Metro Line 2. Next year, Wuzhong will continue to produce 4-5 shield machines, and will show its skill in other construction sections of the Wuhan subway, accounting for about one-fourth of the shield machine needed for subway construction.
