A series of explorations were carried out on the collection of vehicle-borne spore traps for the problems of spore surface display systems. In order to increase the activity of the enzymes displayed on the spore surface, the following investigations were conducted:
1 Display of multiple enzyme complexes on the surface of spores. The multi-enzyme complex is a macromolecular structure in which a plurality of enzymes are chimerically formed by non-covalent bonds. The chemical reaction requires the synergistic effect between these enzymes. The product of the previous reaction in the reaction system is the substrate of the subsequent reaction. The reaction proceeds in sequence and ultimately converts the substrate into a product. An enzyme alone cannot complete the catalytic reaction. The enzymes that make up the multi-enzyme complexes are displayed together on the spore surface captured by the vehicle-borne spore trap to form a structure with a similar multi-enzyme complex, providing a new idea for solving the expression of multi-enzyme complexes.
2 Adjust the length of the adaptor protein linked between the foreign protein and the carrier protein to find the adaptor protein that is most likely to bind to the foreign protein.

In recent years there have been many reports of enzymes being immobilized on the surface of the spores to immobilize the enzyme. For some chemical enzymes, how to recycle them after the catalytic reaction becomes a problem. After immobilizing the enzymes on the surface of spores collected by the vehicle-borne spore trap, not only the stability of the enzymes can be increased, but also spores can be recovered by centrifugation. The enzyme is recycled and reused.
