3. Then, the determination of filtration accuracy: The filtration accuracy is a relatively accurate concept, but the pore size distribution of the filter paper is a relatively random distribution. It is easy to confuse the filtering accuracy with the unit weight of the filter cloth itself. In the same process conditions and the same material, the unit weight is positively related to the filtration accuracy. However, it is not an absolute single-related relationship. That is, if the process conditions change, even if the same unit area, the performance results are different filtering accuracy. Therefore, it often happens that one 90g product is replaced with another 100g product, and the result is that the filtering accuracy cannot reach the original 90g effect.

4. Another indicator is flux. Usually the filter cloth supplier does not directly provide the flux measured according to the specific customer's filtered liquid, and usually refers to permeability. However, breathability is a very variable parameter. Even under strict experimental conditions, the same sample will be tested several times in the same test equipment, and the two will have very different data. More likely, for some special liquids, because of their incompatibility with the material itself, there is often a case of breathable liquids. Of course, breathability is somewhat related to the flux. Similar to the unit weight and accuracy, the permeability can be predicted through permeability under certain conditions. Therefore, the user can accumulate usage experience according to his own use to obtain this related relationship. In short, breathability is a reference parameter.
