Plate And Tube Integrated Cutting Machine

1. Plate and tube processing, one machine for two purposes, saving space
2. High-load mechanical structure bed, stable processing and high precision

6. The X-axis frame beam is annealed to eliminate internal stress. After rough machining, vibration and aging are carried out before finishing to ensure the rigidity and stability of the moving parts of the cutting head.
7. The bed is equipped with high-quality linear guides, driven by servo motor, high-quality rack and pinion, so that the Z-axis slide plate can achieve reciprocating motion in the X direction.

8. In the process of movement, the limit switch controls the stroke to limit the limit, and there are elastic buffer pads at both ends to limit the mechanical limit to ensure the safety of the system operation.

9. Machine base: frame structure welded with high-quality pipes, professional welding, secondary aging treatment, and precision machining by large-scale gantry milling machines. These design and processing methods ensure that the machine tool has excellent shock resistance, high rigidity and stability.
10. A dust cover is installed on the guide rail to prevent dust debris from falling into the guide rail to affect the movement, keeping clean and smooth movement.
