New fire station in Aurora (more)

I just saw an update on the Aurora FD Facebook page about the progress at Station 7. It looks like things are moving forward! In the post, Mayor Irvin and Alderman Juany Garza were pictured alongside representatives from Wegman Construction Company holding up a rendering of what the new fire station will look like once it’s completed. It’s exciting to see how these projects take shape over time. I’ve included some photos below so you can get an idea of what’s happening on site. These images were shared by the Aurora Fire Department, and they give a good sense of the scale and scope of the construction work. From what I can tell, there’s already quite a bit of activity going on, with crews hard at work laying the foundation and putting up structural elements. It’s always great to see local infrastructure improving, especially when it comes to essential services like firefighting. This new station will no doubt serve the community well for years to come. Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen! [Insert Photo 1 - A wide shot of the construction site showing the foundation being laid.] [Insert Photo 2 - A closer view of the site with workers actively building the frame of the station.] [Insert Photo 3 - Another angle of the construction area, highlighting the progress made so far.] Big thanks to Josh for sharing this update. Keep an eye out for more developments as Station 7 takes its final form!
