Ministry of Commerce Implements Provisional Anti-dumping Measures on Imports from EU TDI
China Drying Network News On November 13, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement deciding to implement temporary anti-dumping measures against imported toluene diisocyanate (TDI) originating in the European Union. The announcement said that the Ministry of Commerce preliminary ruled that during the investigation period of this case, there was dumping of imported toluene diisocyanate originating in the EU, and the Chinese related industries were substantially damaged, and there was a causal relationship between dumping and substantial damage. According to the relevant provisions of the “Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of Chinaâ€, the Ministry of Commerce decided to implement temporary anti-dumping measures on the above products. The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on March 23, 2012, deciding to conduct an anti-dumping investigation against the above products.
