The silicon carbide project of Xinjiang Jinwuxing New Material Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 100 million yuan and an annual output of 30,000 tons, was started in the Jingchu Industrial Park of the Nongwu Normal Division. It is understood that the project was jointly established by the Agricultural Five-Power Company and the Xinjiang Energy Group of Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture. It uses the abundant quartz sand and power resources of the Fifth Agricultural Division to carry out silicon carbide production. Silicon carbide is mainly used for the processing of 3 to 12 inches of monocrystalline silicon, polysilicon, potassium arsenide, quartz crystals, etc., and can be used as an engineering process material for solar photovoltaic industry, semiconductor industry, and the like. After the project is completed, it can realize an annual sales income of 190 million yuan and a profit of 38.04 million yuan, and provide 300 jobs for the local people.
